…But not in salary, rather in our Google page rank. We are now achieving a 4/10; pretty impressive for any site.
Google ranks website from ‘0′ to ‘10′, awarding the most popular websites with the higher numbers.
According to Google:
PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page’s value.
In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B.
But, Google looks at considerably more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; for example, it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves “important” weigh more heavily and help to make other pages “important.”
Using these and other factors, Google provides its views on pages’ relative importance.
An increase in our site rank from three to four is a good indication that our SEO efforts are paying off. We consider a Google rank of 4 to be very high, and are pleased that we continue to climb in Google page rank.

Considered Sales has released a new feature that has been the subject of many requests, particularly for the real estate market: Drip Campaigns.
If you are unfamiliar with what a drip campaign is, let me explain…
A drip campaign is a feature that allows you to pre-write a group of emails that are then sent out based on a schedule that you determine. It is a great way to stay in touch with your contacts, and is an effective tool for those projects that may take a few months or even years.
The Considered Sales Drip Campaign feature allows you to create an unlimited number of emails, and then to pre-schedule them into a ‘campaign’. Campaigns are then started or paused for each of your contacts. We currently allow you to start and pause campaigns individually, for each contact.
If you are already a Considered Sales user, you will find the new Drip Tab in the upper portion of your user screen. Create a campaign and get started making your contacts into lasting relationships with regular, automated contact.
New Considered Sales user now have another great reason to get started with a Considered Sales account. Your first month is only $5; so what are you waiting for?
Considered Sales now features a new ‘Opportunities’ tab where you can track an unlimited number of opportunities for each of your customers.
This new feature allows you to create new opportunities based on your products or services, and provides a way for you to track customer progress to a successful close.
Opportunities are set up in the administration panel, and are tied to your products or services based on the sales process that you establish for each. When you create a new opportunity, it establishes a new sales process for the customer, and allows you to track progress by checking off tasks as you move your customer through the process.
Multiple opportunities can be tracked for each customer. For instance, you may have a customer named ‘Robert’ who is purchasing ‘Widget One’ and ‘Widget Two’. Because each widget may have a different sales process, you can now track them individually, including differing costs, probabilities, and different anticipated close dates.
Opportunities can be viewed in three ways. You can view opportunities in the context of a customer (for instance ’show me all the opportunities for Robert), as a group (for instance, ’show me all the opportunities for ‘Robert’s Company’, including all the opportunities for other Contacts who work at ‘Robert’s Company’), or as a list of all contacts (for instance, ’show me all my opportunities in a priority list).
Opportunities are a great way to refine the way you work with customers, and to optimize the time you spend with each of them. You will find our new Opportunities feature to be very useful, and extremely effective.

With the release of Considered Sales CRM version 2.0, we are seeing increased interest in our online CRM application, perhaps because of the great new features we have added.
You may have noticed some changes to our Considered Sales CRM today; we are now live with our version 2.0 release. It’s been a long time coming, and we are thrilled it’s here. Here’s a quick rundown of some of the new features. There are many more, and we’ll be talking about each of them individually in the weeks to come.
OPPORTUNITIES: We’ve drastically improved the way you manage your sales opportunities. Opportunities allow you to keep track of potential sales and keep them from slipping through the cracks. Most importantly, you can now set up a sales process for each product or service, allowing you to track progress on each specific opportunity.
IMPROVED INTERFACE: We’ve made several changes to the interface to make it easier to manage your contacts and leads. We’ve also improved many of the commonly used features to save you time. The ‘Groups’ tab has been changed to ‘Accounts’, illustrating the expanded functionality of this section. Searching has been improved for Contacts and Leads, allowing you to better use this important feature. You will notice we removed the “add new” tab, adding an “add new” link next to the edit button in the Contacts and Leads tabs to make better use of space.
FASTER LOADING: We’ve improved the way Considered Sales loads in your browser, increasing speed and efficiency, and making our application feel even more like a ‘desktop’ application. We’ve noticed improved loading times up to twice as fast.
KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CALLS: We’ve added a call tracking system that lets you track and view all the calls that you’ve made. Now it’s easy to remember what you talked about on your last call. You can note whether your contact answered the phone, or if you left voice mail, with a single click.
ITS EASIER TO GET STARTED: We improved the account setup process, which runs smoother and makes more sense. And we lowered the price for the first month to only five dollars, and are keeping the price at only $24.95 for each month after that. It’s now even easier to get started with Considered Sales.
We’ve made a lot of changes to Considered Sales these last few months; many more than we have mentioned here. The changes will help us to continue improving Considered Sales into the future, and we look forward to telling you about them as we do.
Expect to see news about them soon.

Back with another report. I visited the Apple store today in downtown Honolulu and tried out the new iPhone first hand. I was told by another user of Considered Sales that the iPhone’s new Internet browser handled the application quite nicely, and I had to see it for myself.
It’s true; the iPhone and Considered Sales CRM work very well together. I was more than impressed, and even thrilled that our next generation of mobile devices would bring internet applications such as Considered Sales CRM to a more mobile environment.
I snapped a couple of photos to show Considered Sales running on the iPhone. First is the Considered Sales Home Page. The page is clearly visible on the large screen when in landscape mode, and allowed for access to most of the page without doing anything at all.
I could easily zoom in to see a little closer, and was able to navigate the links without any trouble.
Next I tried to login, which took an extra try as I got used to the typing input on the iPhone. Nevertheless, I was able to login without any trouble and could gain complete access to my Considered Sales account online. Wow.
This next image shows how the Considered Sales application looks on the iPhone. You can access your Contacts and see the considered sales process without scrolling, making it easy enough to make contact, view next steps, and check things off without any special navigation.
Other components of the Considered Sales online application worked well, and I was impressed that I could easily navigate through the entire online application via the iPhone.
For those of you looking for a mobile CRM application, I recommend the iPhone as a perfect companion to your Considered Sales CRM experience; the two worked very well together.
I have received reports today that Considered Sales works wonderfully on Apple’s new iPhone. In fact, and apparently, you can view the entire width of the Considered Sales application in the iPhone’s landscape view, checking off tasks and accessing customer information with ease.
I am on my way right now to review the iPhone and will report back with photographs.
