Features, Tips and Recommendations — Get The Most Out of Your Considered Sales CRM

New Feature Review: Opportunities

Considered Sales OpportunitiesConsidered Sales now features a new ‘Opportunities’ tab where you can track an unlimited number of opportunities for each of your customers.

This new feature allows you to create new opportunities based on your products or services, and provides a way for you to track customer progress to a successful close.

Opportunities are set up in the administration panel, and are tied to your products or services based on the sales process that you establish for each. When you create a new opportunity, it establishes a new sales process for the customer, and allows you to track progress by checking off tasks as you move your customer through the process.

Multiple opportunities can be tracked for each customer. For instance, you may have a customer named ‘Robert’ who is purchasing ‘Widget One’ and ‘Widget Two’. Because each widget may have a different sales process, you can now track them individually, including differing costs, probabilities, and different anticipated close dates.

Opportunities can be viewed in three ways. You can view opportunities in the context of a customer (for instance ’show me all the opportunities for Robert), as a group (for instance, ’show me all the opportunities for ‘Robert’s Company’, including all the opportunities for other Contacts who work at ‘Robert’s Company’), or as a list of all contacts (for instance, ’show me all my opportunities in a priority list).

Opportunities are a great way to refine the way you work with customers, and to optimize the time you spend with each of them. You will find our new Opportunities feature to be very useful, and extremely effective.
